Welcome to Sweetpea! All my embroidery kits are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced stitchers, and have everything you need included in the box. There's no plastic and everything is reusable or recyclable.
I send all orders by Royal Mail 2nd Class post by default, you can upgrade to 1st Class in the checkout if you'd like a quicker delivery. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard mail.

Frequently asked questions
Are the embroidery kits suitable for beginners?
They're perfect for beginners. The design is pre-printed on the fabric then you just sew over the top of it and cover it as you go, so it's super easy to follow. If you choose one of my full embroidery kits, they also include everything you need in the box, ideal for getting started with a new craft.
Are the embroidery kits suitable for children?
As with adults, it depends on the child! If they have some degree of patience and an interest in arts and crafts, they should do well. I've seen children as young as 7 really enjoy getting 'in the zone' with one of my kits. (Bear in mind they'll be using a needle so might need a little supervision while they get the hang of it)
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
I dispatch orders within 2 working days - or within 3 working days for custom orders.
This may be occasionally be extended slightly for short periods (such as if I'm away or busy), but the delivery estimate under the 'Add to basket' button will be updated to reflect this.
How long will delivery take?
By default orders are posted using Royal Mail Second Class post which should be delivered in 2-3 working days. If you'd like your order quicker, you can upgrade to First Class in the shopping cart - which aims to deliver next day.
Orders outside the UK are posted using Royal Mail International Standard. The delivery aim for Europe is 3-5 working days, and the rest of the world 6-7 working days.
Can I get my order sooner?
If you're in the UK you can upgrade to First Class post on the Basket page. Just open the dropdown that says 'Free Shipping (Standard)' and choose 'First Class' instead.
If you want it even sooner than that (or you don't live in the UK), the digital PDF versions of my designs are available to download instantly for you to transfer to fabric yourself.

Are they suitable as gifts?
Absolutely, embroidery craft kits make a great gift!
Tick the 'This order is a gift' checkbox on the Basket page to see the extra options available. You can add a printed gift message for free, or for £3 you can have the kit gift wrapped in quality coloured kraft paper.
